Rugged Rack Outfitters was established in 2001 and is a licensed Colorado Guide and Outfitter. We operate on some of the most game-rich private property Western Colorado has to offer. Specializing in guided mule deer, elk, bear and mountain lion hunting, we aim to provide a memorable and quality experience for every hunter. We combine experienced guides, hearty home-cooked meals, and comfortable accommodations to ensure your hunting trip is worth every dollar. Our goal is to create lasting memories and an exceptional hunting experience.

We specialize in fully guided hunts.  Our quality shot opportunity rates are excellent on mule deer and elk every year, (90%+) for rifle deer/elk & archery deer, 70% archery elk.  This should continue for years to come with healthy herd numbers and limited number of hunters taken each year.  Our guides are top-notch with a vast knowledge of the game we hunt and the land they inhabit.  Our ranches range from 5,000 to 9,500 feet in elevation with a wide variety of terrain consisting of cedar and sage up into oak brush, aspen and spruce.

We have a limited number of archery, muzzleloader, and rifle landowner mule deer vouchers for sale each year for those unsuccessful in the draw or those with no preference points.
